Defining Success Metrics
I selected KPIs that directly reflect product performance and user satisfaction, to ensure clear goals are established before development begins. This also enables data-driven decisions, allowing for iteration and refinement of the MVP.


Design and Implementation
Utilizing Agile methodologies, I aligned a suite of AI tools and APIs to function as a cross-disciplinary product team—leveraging AI-driven design assistants, code generation tools, and workflow automation to accelerate development.


Collecting and Analyzing User Feedback
I conducted user testing on 25 participants ranging from undergraduate to graduate levels of education. With these metrics, I evaluated both the overall user experience and the efficacy of the user info sheet in optimizing interactions with the AI.


Enhancing Through Iteration
After analyzing feedback, I worked to calibrate the user info sheet in order to improve the average match accuracy. Additionally, I implemented more concise Sync Descriptions along with a revamped color theme to boost overall user satisfaction.


Managing MVP Development in a Team Environment
In building this MVP, I balanced strategic planning with hands-on execution, structuring AI tools and APIs into distinct team roles to mimic a real-world product team. This approach enabled efficient iteration and a streamlined development process.
